Ekram, musician and singer originally from Xinjiang province, was presented to Chinese music listeners through the phenomenal TV show Voice of China. Carrying a deep connection with his ethnic tradition, Ekram excels at folk singing and knows how to adapt musical elements from Xinjiang with Jazz and Pop. He will be playing with Xinjiang drummer Pan Jianglei, Tico the bass player, pianist Zhu Mang, and saxophonist Chen Jiaju.
